Braiding................$33.00 per horse ( clients only)

Lessons................$40.00 per lesson (payable at time of lesson)

Body Clipping.......$150.00 per horse (clients only)

Sale Videos...........$50.00 per horse (includes preparation and footage)
Horse will be prepared as if to show (banded or braided, clipped and show tack)
All copies and postage are the expense of the
owner and will be billed accordingly.
Commission..........$ 10% of selling
(applies to all horses sold through Lee Quarter Horses as agent.)
The Following Will Be Billed As Incurred:
Farrier,
Laundry, Medicines, Wormers, Vitamins, Veterinarian, Equine Dentist, Equine Chiropractor.
Policies
1. Horses are
rode or worked at least 5 days a week.
2. Horses are
turned out at least 2 times a week. Weather Permitting.
3. Horses are
shod every 4-6 weeks.
4. Horses are
wormed at owners expense every 5-6 weeks.
5. All shots
are kept current.
6. Trainer and
owner meet on specific goals for their horse to make sure we establish
the proper timeline for each individual horse.
7. Feeding
programs vary on individual horses needs. Feed supplied included in
training cost, sweet feed and alfalfa mix hay. If owner wants a horse on
a specific diet they may incur additional costs. As example:
supplements, special grains we feed at owners small additional monthly
cost include Progressive Products. Ask us how we can put together a feed
program for your horse! All other grains
must be provided by owner.
